We act as advisors and facilitators — final admission and visa decisions rest with universities and immigration authorities.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not use our platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
• You must not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the functioning of our platform

4. No Guarantee of Admission

StudyArk provides guidance and support to improve your chances of admission. We do not guarantee admission to any university or visa approval. Admission decisions are made solely by the respective institutions and immigration authorities.

All content on our platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of StudyArk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.
