Refund Policy

1. Overview
At StudyArk, we are committed to delivering high-quality study abroad guidance. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our consultancy services and platform subscriptions.
2. Consultancy Services
Fees paid for Study Ark Pro consultancy packages are generally non-refundable once the onboarding session has been conducted and services have commenced. However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation request submitted within 48 hours of payment and before any consultation session has taken place
- Service could not be delivered due to a fault on StudyArk's side
- Duplicate payment made in error
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Fees for consultancy sessions already conducted
- Application fees paid to universities on your behalf
- Third-party charges including visa filing fees, courier fees, or test registration fees
- Digital tools and platform access fees (Study Reco, Pathfinder, CV Matcher) once activated
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, email us at info@studyark.in with your order details and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
5. Cancellation of Bookings
Free consultation slots can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time through your dashboard or by contacting our team. For paid bookings, cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full credit to be used for future sessions.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, please contact our support team at info@studyark.in. We will do our best to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
7. Changes to This Policy
StudyArk reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date.
