eligible international (non-EU) fee-paying, self-funded applicants beginning a full-time on-campus PGT course; the standard international scholarship is applied automatically. Faculty awards for academic excellence: Engineering Dean's International Excellence Award, HaSS Dean's International Excellence Scholarship, Science International Excellence Scholarship, Strathclyde Business School Dean's Excellence Award (separate conditions per listing). For January 2027 Engineering entry, Dean's award consideration requires applying by 31 Oct 2026 (per listing). Only one Strathclyde scholarship per academic year.

For Indian students: Yes - open to all international fee-payers; Strathclyde has no India-only award.
